- Apply a thin, even layer of thermal paste to the flat contact surface of the heat sink — the surface that will be in direct contact with the motor controller PCB.
- Spread the paste evenly to cover the entire contact surface.
CAUTION
Apply thermal paste only to the flat contact surface. Keep paste away from screw holes and connector contacts.
