DT-ASM-005 STEP 5 - Insert and bond stator

Tools:

• Whip glue applicator

Consumables:

• Permabond A126 (010010004)

Installing parts:

• Stator (100030002)

Procedure:

1. Insert the stator into the motor housing.
2. Insert the stator to a depth of 66 mm.
3. Apply four drops of Permabond A126 to the marked locations around the stator.

CAUTION

Make sure the stator is inserted to the specified depth before applying adhesive.
